What ethnicity am I? My mum is from England and my dad is from Venezuela?

Hi I was born in England however my Dad is from Venezuela and I am white. I was wondering what ethnicity I am? Latin European? Ha ha I have no idea and I always ponder when it comes to filling out forms. Race wise I feel it woul be wrong to say white, I have white skin but due to my dad being black it seems weird to say white?
