Why hasn't she told her friends?

My gf and I broke up on Tuesday after being together about 7 months, we are in the same circle of friends and I am really good friends with all of her friends too. I find it odd that she hasn't told any of her friends that we are broken up, I saw her best friend at a party last night and I can tell she doesn't know either. I guess it makes me ponder on why she hasn't told anyone as to not make it permanent because normally she would at least tell her best friend about it.
