Hairstyles for Tweens? (Short Hair)?

Next year, I am entering Middle School. Back in 5th grade, I always wore my hair down and did nothing to it. EVER. So, I want to do something for Middle. You know, change it a little. I have short blonde hair. (About an inch away from my ears.) I have layers and Side Bangs to the right. I don't have any 'professional' Hair Care stuff. ( I have a Curler, Hair Dryer, Scrunchies/Hair ties, Clips, ect.) I just want something I can do in the morning or prepare for over night. It doesn't have to be THAT simple, but it can't be TOO hard.
