Next year, I am entering Middle School. Back in 5th grade, I always wore my hair down and did nothing to it. EVER. So, I want to do something for Middle. You know, change it a little. I have short blonde hair. (About an inch away from my ears.) I have layers and Side Bangs to the right. I don't have any 'professional' Hair Care stuff. ( I have a Curler, Hair Dryer, Scrunchies/Hair ties, Clips, ect.) I just want something I can do in the morning or prepare for over night. It doesn't have to be THAT simple, but it can't be TOO hard. My wife and I bought a house in the US in 2008. I returned to Canada in '09 and have worthwhile employment and have no intention on returning to the States in the near future. We have been renting our house for 60% of the mortgage payment and are living our lives on a tight budget. My wife lost her job in the States and collected unemployment benefits to which she was found to be claiming falsely and return paid benefits as well as 30% in fees and penalties. We cannot sell our house for what we owe and we cannot afford to pay back the unemployment. Question being, if we claim bankruptcy in the US(shes a US citizen, I am Canadian) would it effect our Canadian credit? I grew up on the beaches of the warm east coast of South Africa. Some people say that i'm too relaxed, my Dad says if I were any more relaxed, I'd fall asleep. It was early in the morning, my dad woke me up cause he slammed the bathroom door hard (he had to go to work) and I decided to keep sleeping. So I fell asleep again and started dreaming this scary dream. (for me it was scary cause I rarely have scary dreams or dream anything at all) I dreamed that, school was about to begin and I needed to get prepared for it. So I went in my room to look for my gym clothes, and you know how in dreams everything's messed up? so instead of getting a Gym t-shirt, I got a pillow. Anyways I heard my parents calling me, so I talked from the hallway that I have right outside my room and I replied, "No not now, I have to get ready for school" (cause they asked me if I could do something real quick) and my dad replied angrily, "NO. Want to take care of credit, is paying off old debt really not worth it?

When i turned 18 i went crazy with credit cards, took out about 4 of them. I eventually didnt pay them off, got charged off, went to collections. 5 years later, 23 years old, i get denied an auto loan, pull up my credit, credit score of 544. How do you know what to follow your gut or your heart?

I've pondered this many times and I really just don't know. I'm at a draw. So wondering what other people think. In some situations people would say without a doubt go with your gut, but if going with your gut breaks your heart and makes you spend countless hours thinking things over and over again then wasn't that the wrong choice? Or you go with your heart even though you know in your gut that not everything is right yet you hold out hope that things can or will be different? I think I am the latter of the two types. I go with my heart until my heart doesn't feel it anymore even if I know in my gut that something isn't exactly right in the end I always say that I never have doubts that way. It's hard to be sensible. Because I would always look back and wonder if things could have been different. If I go with my heart and my heart changes then I don't look back and wonder and have regret. The heart takes longer to fade though and can go back and forth so it's sometimes tricky. My puppy has a rash on tummy and leg/arm pits?

My poor little Lilly. She will be 3 months tomorrow. Over the past about 5 days she has developed a rash on her tummy. It goes across her whole belly and is all red with little red spots and is particularly bad where her belly meets her arms and legs. Some days it has been worse then others because there were times when we thought it was going away but has yet to do so. We have not changed her diet which consists of authority large breed puppy food - bully sticks and bones. She does go out into the grass every day and her and her sister play all the time - the rash has not affected her eating, drinking, or personality in any way. We did take her to the vet the other day for another reason in which she needed an antibiotic, the vet gave us the option to do a skin scraping but he didn't make it seem like it was anything serious so we did not do it because we were already spending quite a bit that day. I have been giving her half a benedryl which he recommended to help her itchiness but I haven't noticed it helping much. I would like some suggestions as to what this could be and how to treat it, We are going on a last minute road trip this afternoon and I want to be prepared and want to be able to do whats best for princess Lillian.

What products do I need to fix my badly sun damaged hair, and has recently been bleached blonde?

I've recently had my hair done at a salon, I usually get blonde highlights done every 3 months or so. For this summer I wanted to go lighter, a great hue of blonds, honeys, and platinum's were set in place. To go with my new color I wanted something new and fresh, so I had my stylist give me a cute neck length bob, with some textured layering in back. So cute, right! Here comes the bad part...I went to the beach a few days ago and I some how forgot to put leave-in conditioner in my hair, now my hair is a wreck!! It not just looks like a brassy old penny, but it looks and feels like hay! Realizing sections of my hair have never felt dryer I grabbed a piece from the back that felt the nastiest and it looks like I lit a flame to it! I was thinking of dying my hair back to my natural color (dark brown) so the brass and rust colors would be hidden, but blonde looks best on me, making my hair look fuller. By now you can see my dilemma, I can't necessarily cut my hair, it's already short and the back of my head has even shorter layers. Therefore, if I did ponder a "trim" it would probably come out like a pixie or the “Beckman” A-line and I'm not ready for hair that short. Also, I've considered going to my stylist, but I'm a realist and I can't spend any money right now since I just had my hair done. I'm in a bind what do I do? Why do people look at economic stats in measuring success?

Generally speaking yes, but when you take into account that the current administration has spent more in 2 months than all the previous administrations combined, you have to realize that things are going to get much much worse. We're looking at a crash of catastrophic proportions here not just the normal economic ebb and flow. We have to print more bills which means massive inflation and when we default on the $ we've borrowed we'll bottom out quickly. Growth is not silly to reference to when you realize the kind of massive debt we have. Even if the feds made the income tax rate 100% it would not even cover the interest on the debt we have now. When you have the normal ups and downs in an economy all of what you're saying applies but when the unemployment rate is still hovering at 9.1% not counting the people who have given up on work you know taxation is not going to increase revenue because there's not enough people contributing to the tax base. The massive spending is at fault. The kind of change we're looking at reaping from Obama is of catastrophic negative proportions because of all the spending. First of all I am 18. Ok so lately I can not seem to stop my mind from pondering on thoughts. I definitely have anxiety and maybe a minor depression. The 'lot more' would be best if it were related to your major, something unique and impressive, and something that makes you stand out. They don't require a 4.0 - having one doesn't mean you'll get in, and not having one doesn't mean you won't. Right now, you don't have anything that makes you stand out, and you haven't listed any good reasons for attending a top school ('it's really impressive' or 'it's the only good school I've heard of' are not good reasons).

Writing an emotional story ...?

Don't have anything happen. Sometimes, the best short stories are those written about a short time period. Maybe just describe someone with advanced Parkinson's disease (early onset perhaps), and describe them, and their thoughts. Third person is often good for those kind of stories, first person is all about impetus, so if you use third person it slows down the story, which is good if you are only writing about a short period of time.

Windows 7 Reinstallataion fix on dell laptop?

I am using Dell Inspiron with win7 proffesional 64-bit (64bit ultimate earlier), recently i have just suffered a blue screen of death, i had no idea what to do about it so i just send it to manufacturers for replacement. You don't just stop being an artist, you already proved that you are, and it's so normal to go through a rough patch or a dry spell. You're recovering from a devastating blow, it would be absolutely normal to drop everything else to deal with it. I woke from a weird dream this morning. I was lying in bed and saw two tigers. One was sauntering about in the distance and the other was coming out of something (can’t remember what – a cage possibly) and immediately started towards me. The last book was sooo disappointing. The whole book wasn't that good and on some parts just didn't make sense. The book just didn't have a good story line and felt like some scenes Stephenie just threw in for fans. What i am talking about is the ending, i feel like after she had her baby they were building up suspense for this big fight scene with the volturi. We have to listen to Bella talk on and on how terrified she was, and they have half of the book to preparing for a fight scene. All of the other vampires come to back them up, Bella has a back up plan for Renesmee just in case they are killed, and i was expecting some excitement. Yes, as a zoology major you will have to take lots of chemistry and physics, which are both basically a lot of math. If math is not your strong point you may need a tutor to get through these. If you are strong at your science based classes..this should help your GPA if you don't get great grades in the "math" classes. General Ed is general Ed...same requirements for all majors. Once you transfer to a 4 year university is when you will take all your specialized classes. Do get all your general ed out of the way before then as it is a lot cheaper to do it at a community college.

By the 1980 American corporations found it easier to buy up smaller corporations to increase market share rather than increase production in the US. Ever lower taxes began to degrade our social and physical infrastructure. The ongoing 'Cold War' soaked up billions of dollars as did Vietnam. Japan and Europe began producing high quality goods. American corporations began to move overseas for cheap labor. Union busting was in. Corporations began buying each other up at a faster and faster pace. Trade deals that exported American industries went into high gear because corporations demanded that trade laws favor 'them', not American workers. China came on line and that was it for the American worker who has seen 'capitalism' that worked in his favor, become a form of corporate trans national capitalism that has robbed THIS country blind. 'Free' trade meant that we gave away an economy that favored the American working class for 'free'. Now the corporate capitalists want to reduce ALL pay and benefits all over the world and they have the current GOP/Teabag/Fox 'News'/ Jesus freak party on board to make that happen. My sock has a hole in it. What should I do?

At approximately 6:38 last night, I was walking around in my house, pondering the many wonders of the universe whilst stroking my thick, luscious beard. Alright I met this girl 2 years ago, the first year I had an extreme crush on her, but come this year we started talking "A LOT" every day. thousands and thousands of text a week, and collected hundreds of hours over the phone with her. She knew how I felt for her very yearly on of this year. And she told me she really liked me, However she didn't wanna start dating right now. Well, being the gentle-man I am, I respected her decision and gave her some time. Well it's been 10 months of hearing the same thing over and over again. With ever changing reasons. To be quite honest I have fallen madly in love with this girl. to the point I hate looking at other girls, because I feel guilty or something. And I think about her night and day!! "NON-LUSTFULLY" I have shared and opened my heart to her many of times, and let her know I love her everyday. " I try to keep it less creepy as possible" Anyways she tells me she is in love with me. "Yes IN-Love with me" Yet in all this time of flirting and talking, she still doesn't want to date me? If she loved me like she says she does, she wouldn't care about these stupid, useless reason not to date, and would just give me a chance right? Recently I got an "unknown" friend to do some questioning for me. One of the questions was "Why do you like being single"? Her response to him was: Because I like it that way.Me and another buddy pondered over this for a few hours. We came to the conclusion she said this because she likes the attention of being single. We think this because, guys flirt with her left and right. (she tells me about it and follows with " Yea, I don't like him" and starts flirting with me again.. until she brings up some new band she likes with a sexy singer or new movie with yet another sexy actor. Friends tell me to date other people, and I did try this about 5 months ago. However I couldn't do it, because the whole time I was thinking about her. I later told her about the date, and ever since she acts like she hates the girl. same way with any girl that talks to me. So I don't even talk to other girls for her, yet she can talk to other guys and flirt with them. And believe me..there is a lot of them. I don't know if it helps but I'll share a little about myself. I have always been single, I have been asked out and chased after girls, but never accepted there hearts. I never found myself attractive to them or enjoyed being around them. For the longest time I thought I was aromantic, until I met this girl. Yes this means I have never kissed a girl, or ever had sexual encounters with anyone or feelings. In my life time I gone through many hardships that were the cause of women. All the male role models in my life have been drove insane and been put through pain because of women. Suicides did happen... My mother was a crack addict , and never gave interest in me and put me down a lot, threatening to kill me, and send me away meany times, and would tell me i'd grow up to be a wife beater and a useless bum. these things were told to me at the ages 6 through 15. So I not only did i not find women attractive, but didn't trust or like them at all. I thought about being gay once, but I don't find man attractive either. and my religion "Christianity" Frowns on it. <- though if I liked men, I wouldn't care, I'd go gay. But I don't. Anyways "off-topic" This girl has changed everything for me, I don't feel like a freak anymore, and finally I feel like I can open my heart to someone. But with this knew found feeling of "love" which I now know a thousand different definitions for, has come this pain. It's unbearable :'( I have never cryed for a girl until this one, never been so jealous, never been so willing to do anything to win someones heart until her. And I just don't know what to do or who to ask or where to turn. Can someone please help me, i am at the end of my rope here. What path should i take to become an Army Infantry Officer?

Hello all i was wondering if i could get some good insight on how to become an Infantry Officer in the Army. I am currently enlisted and in future soldier training, so i will go to basic prepared possibly as a E-2 i have a GED and plan on going to collage while active. Now i hear its hard to go from National Guard or Reserves back to Active, is it the same for Officers? Or should i stay in Active and slowly get my 4 or 6 year then go to ROTC or whatever. Anyone have experience in this? or some good insight?

God is supposed to be all powerful, all knowing, ever existing, perfect, and righteous. I'm more merciful than God because I wouldn't starve anyone to death and I wouldn't put anyone in fire forever, I would save everyone if I were God. One thing that confuses me is the strong protection that conservatives have for the wealthy. To me, it seems ridiculous. I'm an anarcho-syndicalist. I don't see that business leaders "generated" wealth. I see them as having a good, keen mind and whatnot. BUT they initially borrowed money from the Bank- that is, public money. To me, I see them as employees of the United States. I don't see anything wrong with taxing or regulating them. I love writing and reading and I think books are my favorite thing in life. It's a complicated subject, friendships and relationships. I know how difficult it can be to find a group of friends that suit you and your personality in high school. The only real advise I can give is to give it time and just be yourself ( I know it sounds corny). Most kids in school, especially high school are super sensitive and judgmental, always trying to impress others to fit in. So even though probably 30% of the kids in your school are gay or lesbians, they will try to hide it or deny it. So just go with it and be yourself, it's really the only thing you can do hey!!

very good, but after one read its seems more descriptive of her environment than of her character and when you have to start talking abt her character with "julia was an intuitive girl...." it seems very blunt and in complete contrast to the description of her environment which flows like water. you are very good at description of the surroundings, use that to bring out the character. the character development seems very blocky, merge it with the rest of the text. when u describe the grass or the bushes bring out her thoughts abt how she believes there are secrets hidden behind them, in them/it and how when the wind blew she wanted to follow it to see where it went to see perchance where it began,< this is just a crude example to describe her curious character, her determination, start it off smoothly, ease into the character. ( i hope this helps somehow, i would want to read further)

Actually it is normal, After i graduated i wanted to loose contact from my high school friends and just start fresh, High School was fun for me and I enjoyed my friends and like you i felt like i did not want to loose contact with them, But in reality High School is just a phase, You do crazy stuff, and their is too many distractions and once you get in to college, you just want to be dedicated to your work and get the best out of it. As well as finding new friends that have the same interests as you do (Career wise) It is totally normal, My choice was to delete my facebook and change my number, that way i had no contact with them later on I made another facebook account and that is when you see who is really interested in having you as a friend because they'll be searching you until they find you so don't worry its normal whatever you do just think about your future and what you will benefit from Good luck :)

I've never really been able to 'prove' this idea, but I've often felt that the thoughts that I have just before and after I go to sleep seem quite clear and objective; it's as if I suddenly have access to all of the truths in my unconscious mind that I don't really want to know about and that I have been blocking from my mind. For example, I've tried to avoid thinking about all the possible mistakes that I've made in exams this year but today when I woke up I had thoughts of one of the mistakes I'd made and it wasn't even a mistake that I'd consciously avoided thinking about.
