What is the name/type of packaging used for Pillsbury/Nestle "Brean and Bake" cookie dough?

I am pondering jumping into the cookie dough business and would realy love to package my product in a similar fashion as the Pillsbury and Nestle "Break and Bake" cookie dough products. I'm trying to do some research, but cant figure out the name or process of how this is done. Can anybody out there help me out?? Thanks!
