Is kingdom hearts 2 a good game?

I have played kingdom hearts 1,birth by sleep,and chain of memories. I wanted to know if its a good game since i that time i dropped the ps2 and bought a ps3 and was pondering the thought on buying kingdom hearts 2 and playing it.
