Isn't a little terrorism at least somewhat preferable to never-ending war?

The thing is what is terrorism. It seems to be what we want it to be. The taliban attacking our troops.....thats terrorism, our troops invading a country and killing nearly 200,000 of its inhabitants as a result....justified military action.
