How much would you be prepared to pay for a totally 'British' made cotton T Shirt?

Cotton is not cheap to produce if you're a green economist but in order to get young people off the dole and into work in the UK and make enough money to make a factory IN THE UK sustainable with British workers, cutting out the carbon footprint of a sea voyage or plane ride from the Far East, would you be prepared to buy BRITISH? If so, how much would you pay?
