Does anyone know the name of this movie or at least list an actor from it?

I'm looking for the name of a movie I saw on T.V. about 3 months back. It was a comedy about a girl who wants to lose her virginity to her dream guy before graduating highschool (I believe), but he tells her he won't sleep with her b/c she's a virgin so she goes to a house party with her promiscuous best friend and her friend tries to get her to sleep with a guy (or a few guys) at the party so she can win over her crush. The girl's best friend starts with trying to give her a "make over" by telling her to shave her nether regions at the party to prepare for sex and she also talks her into putting raw chicken breasts into her bra to make her breasts seem larger. All of these things, including her attempts to sleep with guys at the party, goes terribly awry. Pretty much, you end up finding out at the end of the movie that the girl's crush was homosexual and in the closet (which was why he wouldn't have sex with her and used her being a virgin as an excuse) and the girl winds up losing her virginity to her other best (guy) friend; who is also a virgin; who was always in love with her, but never knew how to tell her. It was a pretty funny movie and I'd like to see it again, but I don't know the name, I believe the year it came out was 2008.
