Why do i feel like my heart is in love with a sociopathic guy? am i sociopathic as well? shall i take action?

Likely it's due to astrology. I would need to see your charts to see why. But generally, I suspect that some people are controlling due to Pluto-Venus aspects, while others are vulnerable or victim-like due to Neptune-Venus aspects. There's a lot of other possibilities too. Some people are attracted to a certain type of people just because of their natal aspects. Sociopathic people might attract each other out of sympathy or a sort of soulmate kind of relationship. Those are my thoughts.
